Orders are discreetly packaged in unmarked boxes or envelopes, with the shipper listed as “MVP BUSINESS GROUP.” Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless an alternative method is purchased. Orders to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses will ship via USPS Priority mail.
Please allow up to 2 business days (Monday through Friday) for your order to be processed and shipped. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Any orders placed after 5:00 AM PST will be processed on the next business day.
Orders Over $200 require a signature upon delivery as a protection against lost or stolen packages. If you are unable to sign for your package please let us know (frenchquarterlingerie@yahoo.com).
The products we sell are of a personal nature, therefore NO satisfaction returns or exchanges of any kind are accepted. All items are tested before purchase, so there will be no defective items and will have a tested sticker. If the product has a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer for replacement. At the French Quarter Lingerie we stand behind the products we sell. Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges on items not found to be defective. No cash refunds, balances will be applied to a gift card for future purchases. Many of our products have extended warranties which are covered by the manufacturer.
